A bit about me,

Hi, I’m Lesley, I am 53 years old, a Mum of two teenagers, a Wellness Coach and a Personal Trainer. My purpose in life is to live my life well so I can continue to do all the things I love doing.

With the Happiness Clinic my passion lies in helping you make the mindset and lifestyle changes that will enable you to have the energy and vitality you need, to do all the things you love in your life too.

Whether you are feeling stuck and low on energy or your wanting to lose weight or maybe you want to find a way to live life well through perimenopause or menopause, or perhaps it’s coping with another stage or part of your life that you are finding challenging and would love to improve.

I love helping my clients find the balance that is right for them.

Once I know what is important to you I will combine my knowledge of mindset, exercise, and nutrition to tailor an approach that will enable you to make the changes you want to make, even in our often busy and demanding lives.

Finding the right balance that enables you to move in the direction you want, in a manageable and sustainable way is important to me.   It’s also important that as we work together you can gain an understanding of what is important to you and a belief that you can achieve it.

I would love to help you to live your life well.

Why did I name my business The Happiness Clinic? I truly believe that living a happy life is completely obtainable.

Coaching enables you to gain an understanding of what you truly want, what it means to you and how you can go about achieving it. Then by taking those first steps, you can begin to live the life you want.

My passion lies in sharing with you the knowledge and tools I have learnt, through my wellness journey, and through my work, so that you can also live your life well.
